I stopped in to the Panera to purchase soup with a side of bread. It was 9:06pm. They close at 10pm.The young lady said they were out of bread. However there were several racks of bread. I asked, aren't those bread. She said they were for the morning..I was si confused and a bit upset.
The lady taking your order was rude as hell. This was my Mom and I our 1st time going so we obviously didn't know the menu etc...I ask the lady do I place the order with her since she was standing there, she replies you can here or there doesn't matter. Then looks at the man behind us and says how can I help you. He walks up and places his order!!! I said excuse me, I was ready to order. We almost just left but went ahead and gave the order. Our soup was great. We will not go back though.
I've had it with this place. Never any bread bowls, sometimes no bread at all.... And they barely put anything on the sandwiches now. I'll never waste my money here again.
I have come to this location a couple of times. The food has always been good, but I will say this past experience ordering from the kiosk was not so great. The buttons were difficult to push, I didn’t get a receipt (which made me anxious), and the text I was supposed to get when my order was ready didn’t show up until an hour after I’d left. I don’t recommend using the kiosk to order! My order was incorrect, but luckily, a paper did come with it to show what I ordered and they corrected it with no problem and weren’t rude at all. The staff aren’t particularly warm and friendly, but not unpleasant either, and with the staffing issues surrounding most food places now, I can’t say I blame them. They are completely overwhelmed especially at times like lunch rush.
