Chick-fil-a - Snellville

I literary waited 15 mins in drive through for hash browns. Staff was not apologetic and allowed a vehicle to hold up the drive through line. I will not be supporting this location again.

I was truly saddened today 10/5/2022 to find hair on my fries. This truly destroys the whole enjoyment of a meal. I was shocked that this was actually happening knowing how chic fila is about service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY!!!!. Make sure you check your order because your sandwich and all four straws may be missing like what happened to me today. Even more, it was my daughter 's sandwich that was the only non-spicy one, so I can 't give her any of theother three that were spicy. I didn 't check the order when I was there because I 'll NEVER imagine to miss a whole sandwich fromthe order.... all the straws were missing too, but this happened to me before as well. When I called and asked them to deliverto me the missing sandwich because my daughter was starving, they told me that they don 't deliver to my location which is a liebecause I order from home before and they delivered it. I 've been nothing but a great customer to them delivering from theirapp, but after today, I 'll think twice if I want to order again. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IF YOU HAVE ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER BEFOREYOU LEAVE THE CHICK-FIL-A!!!!

Manager of this store is so active making sure he always speaks to everyone and provide up most excellent customer service with smile. Looking after his customer. He is a perfect example of Customer service that other business should follow. Leotiswatson !!!

First time at a chick fil a. Heard a lot about it and ess not disappointed. Excellent service and direction. Spicy chicken is actually spicy! The sauce that everyone hype about is worth the hype. Lol
