This is a SORRY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, RESTAURANT/ SEAFOOD MARKET. You walk in the place they do not acknowledge that they have customers, when I call on the phone you don't answer and then when you do after SEVERAL tries you are RUDE. NEVER WILL GET MY SUPPORT.
I am sad to say this place has most certainly gone down hill. I am so embarrassed that I bragged about this food to my husband and was really about to serve him this for dinner. I honestly could go to the store and make this whole meal myself and much much better! I understand that staffing is short and we are going through a hard time but you also have to keep in mind your customers are the ones that help you stay in business so service is very important!!! I came in there today and contributed $63 dollars to your business to receive some bland undercook food! The fact that that lady bagged that food knowing what she was giving me is so disrespectful and I am so upset and I promise you I will post this on all my platforms and I will never return!
Good food but they close before the time that they say they close... I drove 30 min to get there 20 min BEFORE closing... Saw a customer in there but by the time I parked and walked to the door they closed while looking me dead in the eye lol... I said through the door, it's 20 min until close and she just looked at the cook like shrugs... Won't do that again
Terrible. Food was so salty greasey you can tell they didn't even drain the fried food. I ordered the oyster basket. Customer service was rude too. Threw the food out. Fyi fried Oysters are not supposed to be seasoned ,you take away from the taste. Do better
