Marco's Pizza - Shreveport

We had pizza delivered wrong but when I called and spoke to the manager Simone she was immediately ready to resolve the issue. Super helpful and friendly...Thank you so much for your profesionalism, patience, and kindness.

They did not give me my 2 liter Pepsi or 2 liter dr pepper.

Won't let you give zero stars. Ordered pizza online around 8:15 to be ready for pick up at 8:45 drove 25 miles to pick up only to be told they dont have anymore cheese to make pizzas and my money won't be credited back 3 to 5 days. I dont believe I will ever order from them again. It will be Pizza Hut or Johnny's.

Tried them for the first time around my Birthday they gave me a free small pizza and I got the Alfredo Cheese Pizza and order the big cheese for my kids and we loved it

We got there and they didn’t even start our order, even though I had gotten an email that it was ready. Had to stand there for 30 minutes and watch them make it. They didn’t even tell me what had happened and they avoided talking to me the whole time. Terrible service.
