William B's Steakhouse - Shreveport

Kelly was excellent, kelly was prompt and patient with the 6 guests. the whole food was delicious and well made, with taking out my special needs son’s steak, it was raw. my wife red snapper seafood dish was amazing, with a great unsuccessful red snapper w/ 3 large delicate tasteful garnels over a bed of well seasoned rice and 6 economical speering, 3 delicate carrots speer with full taste. all steaks were delicious, 2 steaks were perfectly cooked, 1 was a little undercooked. but 1 rib eye steak was not cooked, ice in the kenter, pouring out. it was the day when the uncertainties of St. he managed to show up. First our server, michael, best ever. he made the beginning of dinner wonderful and set the ton. menu was “for die” which was ordered from the menu, “for die” and the prices were great. only they wish they had more than $6k spent between my mother, man, and I could have compensated for it, but this is a host thing! I recommend this restaurant to any hungry people in shreveport!

Our French waitress was exceptional! we loved her! that was great! what a wonderful time we had!

Steak had no seasoning, poor quality. Mac n cheese was very good

The food was delicious. The waitress, Kelly, was Amazing! We had the appetizer of the day fried green tomatoes and blackened shrimp, as well as crab cakes. Both were absolutely delicious. We got a ribeye and a t-bone they were both cooked to perfection and very tasty. My house salad was absolutely refreshing and almost served as my dessert because I was so full. Everything was wonderful.
