Griff's Hamburgers - Shreveport

Bruce is the only place to go to Northwest Louisiana if you want a great hamburger don't bother with McDonald's or Wendy's take your time out and go to Griff's get great service and fantastic food had a great price

Love this place we used to have one in my home town but it is no longer there. I had a double giant hamburger with cheese man it was good and brought back memories of ours here in town. You can only get a Griff burger at Griffs it's an American Icon.

I stopped by for lunch today to try the Griff burger and ordered the #1, which is a massive double cheeseburger with added mushrooms. I devoured my hot French fries and washed it down with a Diet Coke. The moment I took a bite of my burger, I felt a sense of inner peace. It was the best meal I've had this week, and I might just need to go to Confession afterward for my indulgence. Do yourself a favor and get the #1!

We’ve visited Griffs in both New Mexico and Texas, and I have to say, this location has the best customer service. The staff member was incredibly sweet. It makes me wonder why not every location is like this one. Keep up the positive attitude towards your customers!

I wanted to share some positive thoughts about this place, but honestly, all I can say is that it has a bathroom. Unfortunately, the hamburgers were cold, and the fries were the same. When I entered, the woman at the counter seemed uninterested in serving me. She looked my way a few times without acknowledging me. I understand she was busy with drive-thru orders, but just a simple "Hi, I’ll be right with you" would have been appreciated. After taking my order, she left the register to have ice cream, leaving someone else to fill my order. It felt like I just wasn't the type of customer they wanted. My husband, who was waiting in the truck, noticed that other staff members in the back were not doing much either. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
