Chicken Express - Shreveport

I have no problem paying for extra sauce, I do at other places with no issues. I just think it's not good business, not to at least have one sauce come with your dinner, it's really stingy. I guess I won't be back, have no problem with the other 30 chicken places around you.

Customer service was good, and friendly. Fried fish was a little over cooked and lightly season.

Pulled up before I could place my order. I was told OUT of Gizzards, NO dark meat NO Fish. Waste of gas time.

Drive through was extremely slow. Ordered 10 piece with to sides, and 2 peppers. Got to the house in Gloster, they forgot 1 side and the peppers. On top of that, out of the 10 pieces of chicken 5 were wings.
