This restaurant has seen a remarkable improvement over the past few months. When they first opened, there were numerous issues: slow pickup times, unfriendly staff, cold pizza, incorrect orders, and a lack of delivery drivers. After giving it some time, I've noticed that the manager has truly turned things around. The pizza is now hot and fresh, deliveries arrive on time, and the staff is much more pleasant. I waited over an hour for my delivery, and when I called to check on it, someone answered 5 minutes later and casually informed me that they weren't doing deliveries.

I had a fantastic experience at this location thanks to the wonderful staff. Ryan, Steve, and Christina showcase outstanding customer service skills. If you order pizza from this Pizza Hut, make sure to request one of them to assist you!

This Pizza Hut location had problems the first few months that they were open. When my pizzas were not made correctly at my first visit, I waited a couple of weeks tried again, but there was negligible improvement. I tried a third time, but they still couldn't seem to make the crust correctly or make the pizzas as ordered online. Worse of all, the manager was unresponsive. I didn't plan to give them another chance. However, after I left a bad review with Pizza Hut, I was contacted by a new manager who who gave me credit for my next purchase. So, I gave them another shot. They still weren't as good as the other Pizza Huts I have used, but there was enough improvement that I went back. ..and back...and back, since the problems were minor and the curb-side service was excellent. My last three visits, the pizzas were perfect. The current manager has excellent customer service skills is responsive when there is a problem. If you haven't been there recently, I recommend giving them another try.

You are better off going to the publix next door going home and baking a frozen pizza. You will get it faster. ALL pizza huts are going down hill. Don't even try to do curbside pick up they will leave you sitting. Waited 45 min for one medium pizza. And they weren't busy.
