Duckworth's Grill Taphouse

Had high expectations but fell way short. Beer was marginal all were flat. Service when we finally had someone was less than stellar. Could be really good with better management.

I enjoyed, just have a few recommendations to make it great. Beer served in warm glasses makes for warm beer, the bartender sticking her finger under the tap saying it feels cold does not help that. If steak is on the menu reach them about how steaks can be cooked. Ordered medium charred, reply was, yeah they cook it on the charcoal stuff I think. Lastly when someone orders a salad with a steak it is normal for the salad to come first then the entree plate, I hate when I have to choose between enjoying my salad or letting my steak and sides get cold. The food and service was very good, just some recommendations.

STAY AWAY for takeout. Ordered and paid for Summer salad, whose menu description includes grilled chicken. When opened in hotel room, no chicken in salad. Walked back to Duckworth's, takeout staff told me that salad did not include chicken. Really? Not what menu says. Well if I waited, he would grill me some chicken and would let me know the cost. We are in this hotel every Tuesday evening. Longhorn next week.

Stopped by for a Saturday night dinner. The wait time was reasonable and the service was decent. Our entrees the sirloin steak and salmon were excellent. The side items were equally impressive. This location has alot of TVs throughout the restaurant for a variety if games.

We were on our way to Savannah and decided to stay in the Huntersville area. After reading reviews this place sounded amazing. The dinner from start to finish was amazing. There was a total of 6 in our party and we walked in and was immediately able to be seated. We kicked off the order with friend pickles, pretzel bread, and mozzarella sticks for appetizers (would 10-10 recommend the fried pickles with this household ranch) and then ordered steak, ribs, burgers, the Buffalo wrap for dinner. Everything at this establishment was incredible and we’ll definitely be back if passing through again!
