Miami Fusion Cafe - Denver

Miami fusion cafe has a homey feeling. Very friendly place. The smell in there is amazing. Not only are there plenty of options but the sandwich was delicious. Definitely going again. The sandwich was juicy with a warm crispy bread. Also the fries tasted homemade. One of the best fries I've ever had!

Hidden Gem!! Been wanting to check this place out for a while now. I?m originally from Miami and i know what authentic Cuban and Nicaraguan cuisine is. They nailed it! Tastes just like home. We ordered the Vaca Frita and Lechon with congris and maduro. The coffee was great and the pastelitos were warm and fresh. Service was quick and friendly. Server was knowledgeable and warm. Spoke to the owners for a while and they?re a very nice couple that took the time to explain the history of the nacatamal to my girlfriend and I. We left there on cloud nine and I?m so happy I found this place. Got a taste from home in NC now. I?ll be coming back often and letting everyone else know about it too.

First time visiting Miami fusion while in town for work. And really enjoyed it. My food was great. I do kinda wish the sandwich came with at least some chips. But the sandwich filled me up fine too. My co workers enjoyed their meals too. Love the Miami vibe inside. The pork sandwich was delicious.

I have heard lots of good things about Miami Fusion Cafe. After Church, my wife and I have it a try. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our waitress gave us some recommendations and she was very helpful describing the various dishes and favorites. We started with the Empanada appetizer?delicious! My wife had the Cuban Sandwich and I had the Cuban Chop Chop for our meals. Both were delicious. My wife said it was the best Cuban Sandwich she had ever had. The roasted pork and Mojo Sauce on my meal was delicious as well. Very flavorful and fresh. My wife finished with an iced coffee to go, and enjoyed it as well. We are looking forward to going back, next time we will probably split a meal. Both of ours were large enough to be shared?.at least for us.

We went for the first time yesterday and I was blown away! The lechón was absolutely delicious! Being a born and raised Miamian, I know my Cuban food. So I had high expectations. Miami Fusion did not disappoint! Y?all will be seeing me again? and again ????. Oh, and the service was A+!!!
