Red Lobster Sherman

I generally try to be understanding and not complain, but the Sherman Red Lobster has once again messed up my phone order. I went inside three times to try to resolve the issue, but was constantly ignored. To top it off, this was supposed to be my Mother's Day meal. I am very disappointed and not sure if I will come back. This experience was truly terrible.

Everything was served warm but not so easy to get service. Probably with challenges associated with COVID.

After dining on Lobster and New England cuisine, Red Lobster can be only so good. The Bisque was little better than cheese soup base with small bits of red meat Lobster The Lobster was slightly more genuine. Nothing can from a mass produced, chain restaurant like Red Lobster can ever get close to true Maine lobster.

GREAT location and service! We had a reservation for 14 in another place, but they canceled it last minute and Red Lobster came through!! They pushed us in and it was great. The food was fantastic and the service was also great.

Great service, good food and a plentiful atmosphere. We are so happy to see that they have changed their menu and added several new and exciting dishes. I'm back.
