Simon's Café - Sherman Oaks

The aromas were absolutely delighting, and the food tasted incredibly fresh, reminiscent of a home-cooked meal. It wasn't anything overly fancy, just genuinely good, hearty, and fresh cuisine. The chef even came out to check on us and ensure we were enjoying our experience. It’s a wonderful place for sharing meals, with plenty of variety on the menu. The teens went wild over it and came out really happy!

I really enjoy Simon's Restaurant; I make sure to eat there at least once a month, even though I live 15 miles away.

Simon's Cafe takes great care in preparing everything from scratch. His Moroccan dishes are the standout items on the menu, especially the mixed appetizer served with pita, the tender lamb tagine, and the chicken tagine with dried fruits. Simon is a wonderful person who is always present, cooking and managing the restaurant mostly on his own. Let’s show our support for local, non-corporate eateries in our neighborhood!

Simon 's cafe is an inconceivable filiale at sepulveda boulevard south of ventura boulevard only north of 101/405 on ramp. the best entrance is from the parking lot of thickens st pay in advance or valet. it is not unusual- no bauchtänzer or costumed server, only simon itself in the kitchen, but eating is amazing! we had a delicious b 'stille, lamb tajine, and cousin royale with spits of huh and lamb, and made to house merguez sausage. all were delicious and mde with obvious care and proud. simon also makes delicious desserts, including candied orange peel, candied feigen, and candied baby auberginen!, as well as homemade tar, baklava and other Moroccan bakery. simon itself is one of the most gracious restaurant hosts all around! one of our favorite dining tasty!

A few years ago, my parents visited Simon's after reading an article about it in the LA Daily News, and we've been fans ever since. The food is fantastic, and Simon is probably the nicest person you could ever meet.
