The absolute best restaurant in the Valley. Always fantastic and as a vegetarian there are excellent choices.

The entire staff was so attentive. Very nice constantly buzzing above our heads making sure we are happy we ordered three main course and two appetizers and they were all extremely delicious

I’ve dined at Mistral a few times and it’s always been a pleasurable experience. The staff are hardworking while personable and friendly. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Maitre D’, Raul, who was helpful in my decisions (and quite funny . Intimately romantic and classy without the pretentiousness of typical LA restaurants. We ordered the following Appetizers: Roasted Heirloom Beets, Baby Kale Spinach Salad, Blood Orange, Watermelon Radish Feta Cheese Excellently refreshing with a balance of flavors. Moroccan Cigars, Greek Yogurt with Fresh Mint, Salad of Cucumbers Greens Delicious combination w/ the fresh cucumber and mint yogurt. Prime Beef Steak Tartar, Cornichons, Green Salad, Toast Points Great for a savory palate, not heavy. Mains: Prime New York Steak (10oz. , Sautéed Mushrooms, Garlic Parsley quality steak, can’t go wrong with this choice. Panko Crusted Wild New Zealand John Dory, Champagne Vinegar Sauce one of the best prepared in the valley. Excellent, flavorful and delicious. Following a with dessert, we ordered the soufflé as it’s not overly sweet and light enough to where we don’t feel so weighed down after eating it (must be ordered in advance . Plenty of parking options valet in the front, park on the street, or in a nearby lot. Overall, 5 stars. A+. Bravo to the entire staff!
