Ruby Tuesday - Sevierville

I arrived at the restaurant and found that there weren't many customers. Unfortunately, my waitress was slow and seemed to forget about me. However, she was very pleasant. The food I ordered was amazing, especially the shrimp fondue for the appetizer. I usually opt for the salad bar as a side, and while the selection was limited, I wasn't disappointed.

June 2019. We visited the restaurant around 8:00 PM. The service was excellent, and our waitress was very attentive. The food was served in a timely manner, and everything we had was delicious—our plates were left empty! Lol. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained.

This restaurant isn’t a five-star establishment, but it doesn’t try to be either. I tend to judge places based on how they meet my expectations. We were looking for a quick meal before my daughter's dance class and wanted something healthier than fast food. The salad bar is usually a favorite of ours, and today it was even better than our last visit. The service was good, and the restaurant was clean. However, my plastic water glass had lost its clarity over time, and it would have been nice if someone had replaced it. I also found the bacon bits to be limited; you can only get three at a time, which felt a bit stingy. Overall, for $11 (with kids eating free on Tuesdays), it was a solid experience, and we made it to dance class on time.

The food was great, a good juicy burger never disappointed! The tables were a bit dirty, but the service and the food make up for it. Your food is too expensive, even if it is a bit expensive. The salad bar is $8.99 and its steaks are expensive, sad, the most expensive is $16.99. I would suggest that to my friends and family for a good restaurant.

New years eve our family stopped here. The wait was poor but the quality of food made up for the wait. We watched as other families left because the hostess wasn't doing her job. Fortunately for us our waitress was doing her job even though we could tell she didn't want to be there. We also watched as an elderly couple asked for someone to bring out salad plates for the salad bar but, they waited a good 10 minutes before someone brought out the plates. Thankfully we had good food and good service otherwise they would've been rated a one star.
