Chesapeake's Seafood And Raw

My experience at the restaurant on Sunday with Dawson was excellent, with hot plates of fish and veggies that were both warm and tasty. Dawson checked on us multiple times during the meal and was appropriately chatty. However, my dinner last night was disappointing in almost every aspect. Despite not drinking during the week, after a 14-mile hike, I was looking forward to a non-alcoholic beer. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the one NA beer they had. The beverage manager informed us that they had run out a few days ago, suggesting better planning and ordering is needed. The server, Michael, was absent until the check arrived with cold food and we never had a chance to ask him to fix the issue. Although the soup was warm and tasty, the overall experience was a gamble between a good or bad meal.

This place is excellent! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely return in the future.

The halibut was excellent, the Old Fashioned cocktail was satisfying, the service was average, and the restaurant was loud.

Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. We will return to this restaurant.

The food was good. The trout was cooked and presented to perfection. The Delaware pie is to die for.
