Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sevierville

I'm from out of state and visited to get a quick meal for the family. We usually get white rice, veggies, and chicken. Well, I can't really judge the food because I couldn't have any. 7pm and out of white rice, no veggies, cooking chicken. Girl was polite and apologized but I would have to wait 30 minutes for a fast food meal. No dice. I don't think this will matter because the restaurant was slammed with a line out the door. Been to chipotles all over the country and this a first for no white rice, veggies, and chicken. Store was quite dirty and the staff seemed rushed and overwhelmed throwing together food as quickly as possible.

Edit: Reached out as advised to the Chipotle care team and received a generic email stating this would be passed along. Heard nothing else. Based off of the new reviews since I posted, it is clear that no change has been implemented. The first thing we noticed upon walking inside was the overflowing trash, with baskets upon baskets of half-eaten food stacked on top of the bins. Then we noticed how filthy the tables and floors were. There were empty cups, straw wrappers, lidless hot sauce containers, and rice all over the countertops. All the lemonade drink stations were completely empty. It was clear that the workers had not cleaned the dining area all day. We looked for a posted healthcode inspection and could not find one. The county health inspector should absolutely take a visit to this location.

This is the work Chipotle around...they are always out of something...or under staff...can someone in corporate please help this place get a bender...they have been without the Vinegarette for over a week.

Food was good. Workers were SO busy (leaning towards chaotic) but working their tails off. However, bless their hearts, they were out of SO much. No straws and missing half of the drink choices in the coke machine.

The service was really bad and only one person was working and the rest were on their phones and there was nothing left for drinks and food
