I visited with a group and we tried 5 different menu items. There are many more vegan options I'm excited to try. The kombucha was excellent, the earl grey tea was surprisingly flavorful, and the mango dish was delicious. The kombucha was served in plastic cups, but next time I might ask for a glass. We also tried the tomato and mushroom hummus, both of which were good, although I prefer traditional hummus. The roasted cauliflower dish was well-seasoned but too greasy for my taste, with a buffalo-style sauce. The falafels were very tasty, with a crispy exterior and served with a sweet and spicy chutney that paired well with the hummus. I also tried the mango guacamole taco, which was good although all the components were cold, as intended. One standout feature was the crispy pieces inside, which added a nice texture contrast to the creamy avocado and beans. I look forward to trying a different taco next time. We also ordered a salad, pasta, and more falafels on a return visit. The botanical salad was pricey but delicious, while the tomato pasta was also very good. I would happily order both again.
I absolutely adore eating fermented foods, and this restaurant's fermenting dishes are among the best I've had. The kombucha was a perfect balance of mild and tangy, not too sweet. The fermented mushroom paste was bursting with flavor, yet easy to enjoy. I also appreciated that the owners are welcoming of guests lingering and chatting after their meals, creating a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a café. My only gripe is that they serve the kombucha in a plastic cup, whether you dine in or take out. It would be a nice touch if they switched to glass cups instead!
I recently visited a cozy restaurant with spacious tables and friendly owners. They offer a variety of vegan options including soup, pasta, and salad, all served with delicious drinks. The kombucha has a great taste and is refreshing with its fizzy bubbles. I especially enjoyed the salad and mushroom pasta. I will definitely be returning soon.
Hi winter, I need some good suppen options and ferments delivered. the tomaten soup was perfect for diving the stack of broken brot they give with it. they also have a mushroom soup that I have to try. kombucha are also vegan, but they put honey in fermented limonade. milk for coffee. great place to hang up for hours. extended menu with large vegan pasta (fermented sauces) and a vegan sandwich. updated by the previous review on 2021-11-06
The mushroom pasta at this restaurant was one of the best dishes I have had in Korea. The flavor was incredibly complex and delicious. Additionally, the hummus was also of high quality, which was a pleasant surprise as I have had bad hummus in Korea before.
