Gurkha 구르카 - Seoul

Great food with cozy ambience. Located right in the middle of Myeongdong shopping area. The food was pretty tasty and had a very good portion. The prices are not cheap but not costly either. Overall a pretty good place for Indian food.

I've been to so many Indian restaurants in Seoul and this one is the best so far. My Indian colleague introduced here to me saying it serves really good food at reasonable prices. It is true and food here tastes so much better than some famous expensive Indian food franchises of Korea. The owner who can speak both in Hindi and Korean is really humble and friendly. He cares his customers so much and serves both sticky rice and Indian rice for people with different preferences. I love lunch menu here which comes with a good amount of curry, nan, salad, and rice. Colorful interior of the restaurant provides cheerful atmosphere.

Very nice waitress who knew about the ingredients and vegan options on the menu. many different options and delicious food. the daal is a little sharp!
