Dunkin' - Scotch Plains

Another employee was wearing a Thrasher shirt, but it was the one without that shirt who was vaping. She wasn't very friendly to customers either, which added to my frustration. It’s really inappropriate to vape inside a small establishment where people come to eat. This behavior is not only inconsiderate but also quite unpleasant. If management sees this, I would like to share the video with you. The other employee didn't seem to care or address the situation at all. Given this experience, I’m not sure if I will continue ordering from this place.

I won't dwell on the stale donuts I've bought here that I ended up discarding. If you encounter an issue with your order, it might be best to just pay and move on, as you could face a negative attitude from the cashiers—especially from the woman with the hair bun and tattoos, and the guy making the sandwiches. Perhaps I just don’t have the right vibe for them because they seem to be friendly only to certain customers. I’d recommend the Dunkin’ Donuts on Terrill Road instead; they truly get it!

The owners should be embarrassed. There was a young woman working alone with a long line of customers and no assistance, even though you could hear people in the back. She was left to manage everything on her own, and customers were becoming frustrated with the wait. Many wanted to place their orders, but didn't want to hold up the line any longer.

Love this spot for 10 years has finally got a crew that really knows my coffee and me.

The morning team (around 8-10 people) is fantastic! I visited about six months ago and had a really terrible experience due to being severely understaffed, and they completely messed up my order. It was quite chaotic back then, so I'm really happy to see how much things have improved. My orders are always accurate now, and it seems like everything runs smoothly. The staff is also incredibly friendly. Great job!
