Dunkin' - Scarborough

Based on my visits, the food met the expected standards typical of Duncan. The lobby was well-maintained and fully stocked, while the bathroom was quite nice. However, the service often falls short. It can feel as though the staff would rather fling your coffee at you than engage, as they often don’t seem to notice you at all. It’s as if your presence is more of a nuisance to them, particularly if you’re in the lobby area.

The service was quite disappointing; they didn’t even get my drink order correct. Instead of the single coffee I wanted, they returned with three coffees, none of which were what I asked for.

I keep returning for the pumpkin donuts and pumpkin spice lattes!

50/50 chance they won't get your order right...but when they do the coffee is great
