Exceptional. Ask for the chefs table. New Year’s Eve and the were very busy but did a fabulous job.

Jose was our server, he was excellent. Very attentive, knowledgable and personable. The sake sampler was well curated, all were very different flavor profiles and super tasty.All and all it was a perfect Saturday night out meal. We will be backfire sure. Ever since the new manager took over the vibe and the food has been spot on. Well done, we love out here now.

My husband and I had a fantastic dinner at Su Sushi this evening! Everything was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The sushi chef, Alexander, was a charming host, and we really enjoyed our conversation with him during the meal. Our server, José, offered excellent service. We will definitely return for more dining experiences at this wonderful sushi spot!

We've been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time but always found ourselves at Tesuque Market next door. We finally had the chance to experience it for my daughter's 18th birthday. The food was outstanding, and the presentation was beautiful. The service was fantastic as well. We can't wait to return!
