Whole Hog Café - Santa Fe

Without a doubt, the best smoked meat around. While many can try to imitate or replicate it, nothing comes close—unless you’re at Whole Hog. My favorite sauces are #2 and #4.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The fully loaded baked potato is a meal (or even two) all on its own. I stumbled upon this gem by chance, and now it’s my top choice whenever I'm in town. Make sure to place your order early, so you don’t miss out!

We had a late lunch, so there was no wait to order. Our food came out pretty quickly. The presentation was good and the taste was better. Probably the best potatoe salad I have ever had from a restaurant of any kind, and the pulled pork was definitely the best. Moist and flavorful. Way more (6) sauce options than I 'm used to seeing. Prices were a little above average, but worth going back again. The service was great. Helpful, but respectful of our time . Self serve fountain drinks made seconds convenient, and they do serve beer if you fancy that. Definitely recommend giving this a go. I am from out of town, but would plan to go back when in town.
