Burger King - Santa Cruz

The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. While we were enjoying our time on the beach, my child needed to use the restroom. We decided to stop at this place again, but were told we needed to make a purchase in order to use the restroom. After buying something, we were given a key to a dirty washroom. When we asked for access to a different washroom, we were told it was only for employees. My 6-year-old was uncomfortable. We had to go to McDonald's to find a restroom. Overall, the service was terrible.

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant for delicious food and a great location just 5 minutes away from the wharf. The crawfish is especially amazing and definitely worth trying.

The restaurant's location is mediocre at best. The experiences here vary from excellent to absolutely terrible. I am not a fan of this restaurant and would recommend avoiding it if possible.

I had a great experience dining at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and courteous, and my meal was served promptly.

Whenever I interact with the woman who manages the drive-thru in the evenings, things tend to get unnecessarily complicated and confusing.
