The only complaint was that the spice level and the flavors for what I would expect from Thai cook. It was a little American, so low on the fish sauce and spices high on the sugar and corn starch. It was really good... I just choose!
I had a pleasant experience here, but it wasn't all I expected it for a Thai cuisine. The service and the employees were amazing. The food, not so much. For the price they serve only small proportions. And Thai food was more American here. I do not recommend for those who want authentic Thai food.
This is my main goal to go as a vegan/vegetarian. It's always a satisfying meal. I tried her curries, Pad Thai and more. I'm going to Tofu Pad Se Ew! I just took off this restaurant, but the staff is always friendly!
First time visit for a take out. The portions were about medium and the price was fair at around 13-14 for each noodle item (drunken noodle and pad see ew). The taste was decent and the pice level was on point what was requested. They did forget to pack utensils or napkins for our take out. So perhaps be sure to request when picking up instead of assuming they?ll be included.
Sabieng Thai Cuisine is another Santa Cruz favorite. I used to come here all the time when I lived on this side of town. Had forgotten about it till I came here again the other day. The owners are amazing hardworking people that make some amazing food! Tom Yum Koong soup was fantastic and flavorful. Pineapple fried rice was also extra delicious and had shrimp and prawns. Tried the Thai iced tea for the first time. It was awesome and had an iced Thai coffee to go. Everything was amazing, and the service is everything!
