Prime 109 Steak Libation House Santa Clara

First visit to the birthday party. We love our 16oz Prime Rib! Great food and price. We discovered to Niner's game. We can't wait to go back!

Go the extra mile for your menu. The main rib is usually very good, but this last visit was far too rare. When I came back for Med-Rare, brown and ugly came and all the fat hanging on a thread (if I sent it back to the kitchen came back on my plate. I would have been here.... Also two plates on our table were missing pages, which had to be retrieved. Footnote: The broccoli with cheese would be much better if the cheese had completely melted. How about in the oven or under a broiler for a few minutes... I like this restaurant, I've been here several times. Here too, the main rib is usually great! It's just too many of the little things missing. I hope this review helps to manage the fortunes for the future :

Once we were in everything, it was great. However, the restaurant should be opened at 11 a.m. (we had a reservation at this time) and their doors should not be opened until 11:15.

Prime 109 was open till 11pm. Our table was sat approximately at 9pm. Service was extremely slow! We were sat for at least 15 minutes before our drink order was taken, and our food was definitely not worth it except the prime rib was actually delicious. However our baked potatoes seemed to have been microwaved and cooked throughly.(they were taken off the bill) yet I would have rather paid and had a cooked potato. The poor server was also the bartender and was too busy to give good service, but he had a pleasant attitude. But service was definitely lacking and definitely effected our dinner.

They are closing and they should... the food was passable, they did not have even a reasonable Bar... kicked us out at 9 pm,on Weekend.
