Third Alarm Diner - Sanford

This was our first visit, and we absolutely loved it! It's a fantastic place with wonderful food and exceptional service.

Great food and a great service. I had a grilled cheese and I was riding at midday. eating was great. hot and fresh. was friendly and timely. 10 to 15 minutes wait between order and serve. table and restaraunt clean. soon back to breakfast.

The diner has a wonderful atmosphere, featuring a beautifully concise menu filled with fantastic options. The staff is friendly, and overall, it's a great culinary experience.

This was our second time coming here as a family on vacation. We had a party of 14 and had great service! All our food was hot and came out together. Kayla was our waitress and she was so great!

I work nights so my meals are different and this is the only place to get supper early in the morning. You guys rock.
