Wingstop - San Jose

Thanks to Bryan P, I received excellent service at this restaurant! Bryan was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my meal. I will definitely be returning for lunch again. The entire team did a fantastic job!

The wings and fries were good at this restaurant. The potato salad was just okay. The teriyaki wings were tasty, but the teriyaki glaze was overpowering and artificial. The Cajun wings, on the other hand, were delicious and had no complaints.

I placed an online order for pickup at the store. I waited about 30 minutes before heading to the store and received a notification that my order was ready. When I arrived at the store, I waited for 8 to 10 minutes before an employee acknowledged me, even though they had walked right in front of me. I provided my name, and was informed that my order was not ready and that I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes because the employees at this location seemed more focused on socializing with each other. When I finally received my order after a long wait, I realized that my voodoo fries were missing, even though I had already paid for them. When I informed the front desk girl, she became upset with me for receiving the wrong order. She quickly checked the bag herself and informed me that I would have to wait longer for the fries. Overall, the customer service at this restaurant is disappointing. Additionally, the female employee uniforms are very revealing, exposing a large portion of their stomach area while they are preparing food in the kitchen. This raises concerns about hygiene and cleanliness.
