The Cheesecake Factory - San Jose

The restaurant offers a few vegan choices on their menu. We tried the vegan Cobb salad and the Marinara pizza with vegan cheese, both of which were delicious, especially the salad. I do wish they had more vegan options available. They do offer an Impossible burger, but be aware that the veggie patty burger is not vegan as it contains eggs. It's disappointing that there are many interesting dishes on the menu that could easily be made vegan, but unfortunately they are pre-made with non-vegan ingredients.

I recently visited this restaurant and tried the brussels sprouts, make-your-own summer rolls, and the impossible burger. I was pleasantly surprised by how good all three dishes were, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. My personal favorite was the summer rolls! The service was friendly and made sure that all of our selections were vegan. However, the overall experience was a bit pricey, and we had to wait 30 minutes for a table, which seems to be the norm at this establishment. I do wish they had vegan cheesecakes for dessert, but I was satisfied with the vegan options available at a place that clearly caters to non-vegans.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of food options and has a large seating area, however there were still many people waiting to be seated. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We left feeling very satisfied. Thank you.

The food was delicious and I tried the tiramisu cheesecake. My daughter had the vanilla bean cheesecake and my mother had the traditional cheesecake. We all ordered pasta and salads. Our waiter was very friendly and kept our water glasses filled. My daughter especially loved the bread and butter they served at the beginning. It was my birthday and I had a wonderful time here.
