T4 - San Jose

I visited T4 for the first time today and I'm really happy I did. I went with the classic milk tea and boba, which was both delicious and not overly sweet. The prices were lower compared to other boba spots and they had a good variety on the menu. The staff was friendly and efficient.

3. mai at 2:35 o'clock. I called to order the phone, but no answer. I came to order and the phone ringed. they looked at the phone ring. I wanted to pick up the phone, but not answer. the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Caution: If you have enjoyed the basil chicken and other delicious roasted dishes at other T4 locations, you may find some favorites here. However, our experience was the opposite. We tried to order some of our favorite menu items from T4, but they were not available. The popcorn chicken took 20 minutes to arrive, even though there were few other customers. They were also out of the sauce for the chicken. Overall, we were disappointed and would not recommend this place. It felt like a watered-down version of T4. We suggest visiting one of their other locations for better quality and a full menu.

Sorted several popcorn chicken orders, from this location yesterday by doordash. thinking they should be all similar in quality. they proved me wrong. no taste, undercooked and extremely greasy. all they taste is chili oil and not taste. fried tofu was the same. the teig has no taste and the tofu was disturbing underboiled. it seems as if they fried the popcorn huhn in chili oil. numme your back and neck.

Great service and drinks at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and approachable, but they could work a bit faster.
