Straits - San Jose

Great atmosphere and food tasted absolutely delicious! My favorites were the Samosas- had to get a second order! Vegan pad Thai tasted very good and fresh, cocktails were small but strong. The fresh summer rolls were different from expected (which is good) and the dry-fried eggplant was perfectly cooked. Service was very friendly and accommodating. I have to say that bathrooms were a shame for an expensive place in Santana Row. Very dirty, not well stored and looked down as a whole. Too bad.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and the food was incredibly delicious! My favorite dish was the samosas - they were so good I had to order a second serving! The vegan Pad Thai was tasty and fresh, and the cocktails, while small, were strong. The summer rolls were a pleasant surprise and the dry-fried eggplant was perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and accommodating. However, I must mention that the bathrooms were disappointing for a high-priced restaurant in Santana Row. They were very dirty, poorly stocked, and overall in poor condition. It's a shame.
