Starbucks - San Jose

A girl worker today told me they don 't allow dogs inside as I picked up my mobile order. Clearly it states otherwise on thier sign by the front entrance. Maybe she was having a bad day. I would have gladly shown her my dogs documentation. The drink was good.

Good one. Fast service and great coffee They are actually hiring like everywhere. Christmas decoration. I love the decaf coffee here. My daughter likes the cake pop. Starbucks coffee is generally good. We wish that they will include lavazza coffee ?? for better taste. This location is convenient as it is at the exit of the 101 with Tully road. They do have to go coffee also good idea. I highly recommend this Starbucks :

Came today Sept 7th at 6:47 am and there were no lights... cones were blocking the lot... what's going on? No opener? Strike??? Not cool... lost my business today to McDonald's down the street....

What is the use of doing an online order for them to tell you to use the drive thru. I could see my drinks on the counter and the guy with the tablet outside says o have to go through drive thru. So 20 minutes later I get my drinks at a warm/little warm temperature instead of extra hot as I ordered. This is the last time I go to this place. Every single time I have a problem with Starbucks it is always this location.

Almost everytime I come to this Drive through Starbucks they never have anything. They didn?t have any Venti size drinks. No fruit for any refreshers. I wanted to order from the food menu and they said they stopped serving food at 8pm??? This why I never come to this drive through but decided to give it one last time. Get it together! If you know you?re a high volume store get your inventory right????????
