Rubio's Coastal Grill - San Jose

I'm Keto and Rubio's has delicious keto options. Today I had the Langostino bowl with cauliflower rice and no beans. The best!

Best burrito I've had in San Jose, I definitely need to try out other items. The place was pretty clean and they even have a salsa bar, I liked all their salsas, although although I personally didn't find them too be spicy, and you can also find lime and lemon wedges, and cilantro with onion at the salsa bar. I had their California chicken burrito which is a pretty big burrito, and it came with a side of chips so that's a nice bonus!

Good fresh seafood buritos. Self served fountain soda. Coke products available. Clean dining area with plenty of seats. Shared parking lot with plaza.

Great fast service. Quality food. Tuesday $1.99 Fish Tacos are a deal!
