Missing India and need Indian cuisine...then this is the place you need...hats off to the staff and chef...for their hospitality and their food..

Had weekend buffet lunch from punjab cafe. They had rice, aloo gopi, Chana masala, rice roti, spicy potato dish for vegetarians. Above this they had chicken curry, goat curry, barbecue grill chicken, chicken masala. A sweet was provided.

This is the place for enjoying the unlimited buffet. All you can get for $7+tax. North Indian food that is good and cheap. Chicken curry. Paneer masala. Chicken tandoori. Chicken biriyani. Lamb curry. Just binge on.

Finally after searching in and out of San Jose, i found this as one of the best Indian restaurants that you can find over there.. <br/ <br/ I ordered Thali which said a gravy ,dal ,roti , rice and raita.. Assuming the thali to be a typical indian thali where gravy and dal comes in small bowls .. I ordered the food and to by surprise.. The gravy and dal were in such proportion that more than 2 ppl can have it .. <br/ Food was waste little bit because of my wrong proportion but was really worth of the money and was delicious . At the end, there was desert 'Kheer '.. Sweet Nd Tasty ..<br/ <br/ Place has really nice ambience and fool is really good..
