Mcdonald's - San Jose

The service at this restaurant is consistently slow, no matter what you order. Whether it's just a couple of ice cream cones or a simple order of fries, you always find yourself waiting on the side for your food.

The service at this restaurant was poor. They refused to accommodate my request to change the egg for bacon and charged me extra. I ended up having to go to McDonald's instead.

The McDonald's at this location consistently messed up my order. I frequently visit this McDonald's because it is conveniently located next to my friend's house, but the service is consistently frustrating and impolite. The issues are always the same. I used to work in fast food, so I know what it's like on both sides, but this particular McDonald's is just terrible.

The service was a bit slow, but generally the staff was pleasant. I encountered one employee who was upset when I requested ketchup and ranch for my order, stating there would be a 10-minute wait. Aside from that, everyone else was very friendly.

The restaurant has been remodeled beautifully, and they have a convenient drive-thru. The food is great, just like all McDonald's.
