Mcdonald's - San Jose

The restaurant has inconsistent service, as it depends on who is serving and how their day is going. It is rare to encounter excellent customer service, as most of the time there are homeless individuals lingering around the drive-up menu, making it uncomfortable for customers. The only reason to visit this establishment is if you are willing to overlook these challenges. Overall, I give it 2 stars due to the occasional lack of homeless presence.

The management at this restaurant appeared to be overwhelmed, as some workers seemed unsure of their tasks. The manager became visibly frustrated and began yelling. Despite this, the kitchen staff produced excellent dishes with precision and skill.

The service was prompt and accommodating, despite the restaurant being busy. The food was deliciously prepared.

Long drive thru lines to time, but very fast service. I'm just going to the coffee, but that should tell you something. lol

I'm giving this restaurant five stars only because it's a McDonald's and as long as it meets the McDonald's universal characteristics, there's really no surprise about eating it one McDonald's versus the other one. This particular one measures up.
