Lupita's - San Jose

Sooo yummy here. Staff were friendly and very attentive. The menu has good descriptions underneath all the choices which makes it easier to choose. Chips and dip were hella good. Prices were normal for Cali. Atmosphere was nice and friendly. I will be back to try the happy hour menu. For sure!

One of the better Mexican joints around. A great alternative to some of my faves in Alviso.

I like how they make home made tortillas and their refried beans are always delicious. We only eat Mexican food at Mama Lupita because most of their dishes are good and prices too.

We've been going to Lupitas for years and can say without hesitation it's the best Mexican around. Not sure what that other reviewer experienced, but our servers are always nice!

This is an authentic Mexican restaurant. I had a lunch today. One of staffs said that The restaurant opened around 1980s. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a typical Mexican restaurant setting. The food is tasty and the amount of food are good enough. Staffs are friendly too.
