Jinya Ramen San Jose

I love the JINYA ramen a lot . Ever since I tried it I've ordered 4 times and will again. High quality and carefully crafted ingredients. Customizable. The seasoned eggs are amazing!! Thank you JINYA Tonkotsu Black* !

The Wonton Chicken Ramen was delicious. The broth was so potent I had to dilute it a little bit-NOT a bad problem to have. Pork Gyoza 6pcs) are very very small but also delicious. I asked for the mushroom and cabbage toppings that should be on the side as they are sold separately for $3 each. They were stuffed in the same bowl as the ramen and not worth the $3 quantity wise. Don't care, we'll be back!

My favorite Ramen placebut its so expensive and therss no option for no tofu and previously there would be an option for special instructions but the place would still ignore it

Clever packaging! The Shrimp Wonton Ramen was delicious and perfectly balanced. The Curry Rice Croquettes were good too!

The Impossible Bun 1pc and the Flying Vegan Harvest are excellent. The bun is well flavored and this right balance between sweet and savory, the ramen is flavorful and creamy. I love their food! Consistently good.
