Blaze Pizza - San Jose

Maybe it's because this was my life in college, or maybe they're just that good but there's something about Blaze Pizza that puts them above all the other BYO pizza places out there. My BF and I love Blaze because it's just so easy and so good. I'm a pineapple on pizza girl don't yuck my yum and I love that I can add it freely knowing I won't have to share my pizza with anyone. I can never finish the pizza to myself which is also why I love it because I can eat half and save the other half and pop it on a pan to heat it up and enjoy later (also the reason this was my life when they opened one by my college campus). If you enjoy hot pizza, a nice crispy thin crust, and gooey cheese pulls then stop by and BYO pizza. They also have vegan options and gluten free crust as well!

Best pizza I have ever ordered in the U.S. Tuesday night, June 19th ordered at 8:30 P.M. delivered hot and fresh promptly at 9:03 by Postmates. So fresh and so delicious! And so reasonably priced. I ordered a Build Your Own pizza with 3 cheeses and 5 or 6 toppings (I love places that have banana peppers as an option! , 2 absolutely perfectly sized, crunchy salads with arugula, tomatoes, mozzarella, pimento(?!! and 3 desserts for $25! Unheard of. Repeat customer for sure. So refreshing for a pizza place to deliver such quality food that tastes like food and not cardboard! So freaking good.

Friendly staff and quick service. Perfectly made and baked pizza. My personal favorite is build your own with pesto garlic sauce and veggies. Maintaining required protocols.

I was so blown away by the bill your own pizza it was so good I do really recommend this place if you want to eat a great pizza.

I did a build-your-own pizza with several veggies and red sauce. The pizza was cooked to perfection. The pesto drizzle finish went very well with the pizza.
