Bazak Bazak Rice Hot Dog - San Jose

I fulfilled my desire of trying a Korean corn dog at Bazak Bazak a couple of weeks ago. I've always wanted to try a Korean corn dog ever since I found out about it a year ago, and I finally did after shopping at Hmart. There's a kiosk where you place your order, which was fairly easy. I ended up ordering the Half Half one which has half mozzarella cheese hot dog with potato light sugar and a Black Sugar Milk Tea w/ Boba. I enjoyed it in my car before I drove him. The cheese was sooo stretchy that it created an awesome cheese pull! Yay! It was so delicious; I loved it! Although, I love the cheese way more than the hot dog as I'm not really a fan of hot dogs so next time I'll just get a the full cheese one instead. It was very crunchy, savory, sweet, DELICIOUS. : The Black Sugar Milk Tea was okay. It was very sweet, and the boba was a different texture unlike the boba at my fave boba places. So next time I would just get the Korean corn dog while I get a boba elsewhere. I can't wait to go back again to have another one. Yum! :

This is not bad. I think I would try a beef dog next time. I thought the half had half cheese and half hotdog was ok. I don't think I would make a special trip here. May try again if I were in the area.

If you never tried, try it not your normal American corner dog, their corner dog is crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, sweet and salty. I tried one of everything.

Gave them another chance... ugh. Dogs are still way too small compared to the past, prices have risen sand they are ALWAYS out of something, always. The worst is they are always out of the spicy mayo, which is probably the easiest thing to prepare, but they never do. These old 5 star reviews will start to fade an all of these 1 star reviews will take over the majority and this place will just be like other struggling trends that wither away due to greed.

FYI located inside the H Mart Found out they opened a Korean hot dog spot close to the house. yay me!!! whoo hoooo! They are pretty good but nothing like the motherland. They may be a wait depending on when you go but they go pretty quickly. Also, they do sell out of some of the items on the menu so get there sooner the better! I ended up trying the hot dog classic with everything on it along with the cheese dog. The Squid ink was all sold out so I will have to come back to try that one when it is in stock. Order from the kiosk and pick up when they call your number. They have a small seating area for you in the area as well so you can enjoy it hot fresh and ready! I think one thing I love is the fact they offer the option for the sugar on it like the OG style. DEF a fan and will be coming back for some more grub! not too sure if I would order their drinks tho. Just the corn dogs for me lol Keep up the great hot dog making skills ya'll! I enjoy every bite of them!
