Online orders get priority. Had to wait in line 20 minutes while the server prepared several online orders 1st. Either hire more staff, or give instore customers priority, instead of standing around. This subway is my favourite subway location I have ever been to. As a boy born in Toronto and has had access to multiple subways I can say that this is the best one. I would like to call myself a regular and the manager Safaa knows my order by heart. I hope to get a job here because all the workers had made my experience amazing every time! The food is never bad quality and the new renovations look beautiful and modern.

Went in to grab a sub, and the young girl working there was very rude and made it obvious she did not want to be there. Please remind your employees to wash their hands and change their gloves between orders. Please ask them not to touch their face or wipe their hands on their clothes while they prepare someone's food. I was in line behind someone and had to leave this location before even placing an order because I was so grossed out by the employee's uncleanliness.
