Ordered 2 chicken shawarmas, the chicken was not fresh, it was stored in the side in a container, it looked bad but i didnt say anything, took it home and took one bite and threw up, both shawarmas in garbage, as if it was rotten, there was smell in the chicken and had so much fat on it also. Never seen/had worse chicken than what I was served. Very disappointed.

The best burger I've ever had, especially burger patty is so juicy and tender. The price is reasonable too. Thanks a lot Grill and Wrap for an amazing lunch.

I'm disappointed and disatfisfed with the food being served here now with the new owners. Looks like they've opted for cheaper quality food replacing the food the previous owner had while keeping the same menu same names to decive customers. Well I have been a customer since the business opened buying food at least twice a week there. Now I'm never returning, I refuse to spend money on food I can make better at home for cheaper. The place also doesn't look as clean as it used to, there was boxes of unopened fries just sitting on the floor infront of the freezer too. A woman was slicing mashrooms in the back no apron on no gloves, hello cross contamination. So disappointed it was such a greatplace that's turned into a disappointment within such short period of time.I posted this 7 months ago and it no longer applies so am taking it back.Best place to eat, everytime I order food here the orders are perfect never had an issue or complaint. The owner is great person and he takes pride in what he does which shows in the great food he serves. The employees are always willing to go the extra mile in their customer service. I recommended it 10/10.

The place is very nice and food is wonderful. The food quality and taste is still awesome.The Zinger burger prices have gone down (happy about it? .The burger patty is juicy and soft.I have met the new owner and staff, they are very welcoming and great.The owner is very passionate and is experienced guy who knows what he is doing.The place is more neat and food is tastier.I will be eating there more often and I also recommend the same.
