Togo's Sandwiches - Sahibabad

I and my wife had a couple of sandwiches at this place. The place is clean and service was really fast. The restroom had a numbered lock and was clean. We got the Italian sandwich and the BBQ chipotle chicken sandwich and both were perfect as per Togo’s sandwich expectations.

Once upon a time, in very recent history, I used to enjoy coming into Togo’s for the personal touches each sandwich artist would add into my handmade sandwich. He or she would artfully craft my meal as we chatted, taking care and asking for clarifications as they worked; “is that enough mustard?”Now there is a cold and faceless kiosk where I must place my order, after which a worker slaves away silently completing ticket after ticket.To say I am disappointed is an understatement. For what the sandwiches cost, having to place the order myself is infuriating. This is unacceptable. I don’t know that I ever want to come back, which is a shame because Hot Pastrami is life.

I have to let you all know something! I promised a Gentleman Arturo that I would post how awesome of a worker he is! He really cares about his customers! I've been doing so much? That a year went by! He has an excellent attitude and really care's about his customers! His bag magic tricks are the BEST!!! I also want to give a Shout-out to Mariela! What an awesome manager! This place is always clean! Always smells nice and everyone is super friendly! I've been a customer since the 70"s! This Team is by far one of the BEST! You all come in and see for yourselves!!! You won't be disapointed!!! See you soon again Togo's Team!!!!Jim H.

The worst sandwich I ever had at a togos. The owner was taking the orders an ringing people up. So I gave him my order and paid with my card which was 16 dollars and change. I hit the tip button by mistake and was charged extra. Rather than refunding the tip, he just said. next time order from the screen . What a scumbag. To top it off the sandwich was terrible.

Picked up sandwiches for lunch with old friends. The service was fast and friendly. The food was good as always. The only issue was that was not allowed to order online and then pick up. This service is apparently no longer supported by Togo's. Means I have to visit the store and wait. Not as convenient as before.
