Elements Cafe - Safed

Just miss if you don't look for him. They are located in the alley next to the food square area. The food is absolutely delicious, I have the gnocchi with the tahini sauce and it was incredible. The whole food is prepared with such care and is fresh and tasty. They say they have the best vegan ice cream in the world and I would say that claim is valid! You can also date Sickers, which is a great dessert option.

This is really a hidden gem of Tzvat. I had the raw pizza and it was by far the best raw food I 've had anywhere in the world. I also ordered the snicker doodle for dessert. I wasn 't sure how dates and peanut butter were going to taste like one of my favourite childhood candy bars but I wasn 't disappointed. This is a must if you are in the area.

I love this place so much! a lot more than a restaurant with healthy and tasty food! Elements not only have fantastic vegan dishes, but also many raw options that are outstanding and unique. the owner is amazing and made eating with much love.

I give 6 stars for the wonderful vegan food and another 6 for Zev, the owner who is a super duper nice guy and a wonderful host. Really everything we had was excellent and very nourishing the pizzas, soups, pasta, etc. Updated by previous review on 2020 01 06
