Greg Cafe - Tiberias

Very pleased this national chain has a vegan menu with over a dozen options. I had the vegetarian shima (what is vegan) and enjoyed it. there are also vegan shakes. the service was attentive. a great option, especially on places like tiberias, where there are no veg*n restaurants and little veg selection.

There are no vegan or at least vegetarian restaurants or cafes in the area, so this place is a vegan oasis. According to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is no separate vegan menu, but still serves several decent vegan dishes in stores throughout the country. Very recommended, vegan shawarma (it is called vegetarian, but it is actually vegan).

Eat here 3 times during your stay in tzfat. a 40 minutes drive, but it is worth it. the food is clean and different. Chef offers quality and consistency with clean and fresh ingredients. And thanks to them they do not serve meat. not all employees speak English so well, but they have a ipod (with exact pictures of the courts) and paper menu in English language so that they can show it when needed. children are very young, but well trained. service was good. they also have a large vegan chocolate dessert. you have to try! bill for 4 porn vegan dishes with drinks and 1 dessert was about 70 usd. a normal tipp for good service is 10% of the bill and in cash on the table. We paid 70 usd for 2 vegan burgers and a quesadilla with 2 applecake in the tree of life in tzfat. not the money worth, low quality, so we decided that driving 40 minutes was absolutely worth it. they accept discovery and amex. also, opposite this place is a super market that is open late. 5 stars imho!

The place is in a shopping center, it is a very loud armosphere. There is no vegan card, the dishes are also not labeled vegan. The services were unmotivated after the first person of our four group already had their food, the two dishes were not available. The additional requests were not taken into account/forgot. Generally, operators have not understood what the word “vegan” means. We had to remember the beverage order several times, the service was just around and brought us the drinks only after we asked three times! The burgers were cold. In the end we tried to calculate the two unavailable dishes! Fortunately, we noticed this despite language barrier (value of the two dishes approx. 150 ILS, perhaps tourists.
