Dunkin' - Saco

The fact I can’t even call and talk to a manager to even complain about how I got one of my orders today is ridiculous. I would even be happy if I left a voicemail give them a piece of my mind and tell them that they need to fix their food, my bagel was stale this morning. My strawberry dragon fruit refresher was awful. I asked for sugar they did not even give me any sugar. I am so sick of this location. They need to be shut down or something! I’ve more than one issue with this place current and in the past ridiculous I hope a manager sees this comment

Pathetic. Useless employees don’t know how to fill a cup properly.

Disappointed they were completely out of bagels and nearly out of all their donuts 1:30 in the afternoon. So we left with

Dylan took our order via Drive thru and gave us our food and drinks. He was very well mannered, polite, and friendly!He definitely delivered customer service with a Smile!! ? ? Great Job Dylan and Saco Dunkin Team!!

I’m visiting family from out of state, but I saw how low this Dunkin’s rating was and almost didn’t order from there. I tried it anyways, and the man who took my order and gave me my drinks was very friendly and quick.
