Don't disappoint. Expect a waiting for busy nights.

Order from the counter. A long wait even with 5 guys working hard in the kitchen, but the food was so fresh and delicious. No prepared food here. The shrimp fried rice was amazingly light and the Kung Pau chicken was worth waiting. If you have to wait, it's worth it.

Love their brown sauce on vegetables or chicken dishes. It’s the best. Their hot and sour soup is also outstanding.

I have used China Chen a few times for takeout orders and their food is always been hot and tasty. When you call in advance your food is usually ready within 10 to 15 minutes. Definitely give them a try if you're in the area. (Why 4 vs. 5-Stars? In one instance a few months ago I ordered the Chicken Chow Mein and the chicken had not been completely cooked. I put it in a skillet to complete the cooking process.. It hadn't happened before and it hasn't happened since. Should the quality of the food remain high I will come back and change my rating to a five-star) UPDATE: I've had no further issues with regard to food quality so I've upped my rating to 5-Stars. 1/16/2022
