Pastaza - Roanoke

So many choices! I like how they give you options to select from. The pasta was a little over cooked for me but the alfredo sauce was delicious. Very creamy with a hint of garlic. The bread was also freshly made and good. I really wanted to like the pizza but it was just too greasy for me and the dough was dry. I would go back for the pasta! Inside it's very clean and open.

I love stopping in even if it's just for a pick up. I ordered on the App slice while my mini me was in mathnasium. I have eaten here several times before but I hadn't tried the arancini yet. I talked to the nicest gentleman at the counter. I had arancini in Sicily but he said this is more like northern Italy. It's amazing. Pesto, mozzarella surrounded by rice and fried. So crispy, melty and yummy. The tomato sauces was a great dip. I ordered lobster ravioli with Alfredo sauce, a cheese pizza as well for the family. It was all ready in less that 25 minutes. My dish is my new favorite, Gnocchi, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and spinach in the roasted red pepper sauce. It's got all the flavors I love with just the right amount of kick to it. I love getting to pick different sauces each time I am there but this one is my favorite. We will see you guys again soon like probably Monday lol!

I can't find enough good things to say about this place. It was so delicious! I recently tried this place for lunch. The restauranteur was incredibly helpful and took great pride in his menu. I expected another fast food pasta place. However, this place rivaled pasta sold at the fanciest Italian restaurants of the metroplex due to its flavor, price, and quality. There was ample seating and high chairs for little ones. Fountain drinks and a few bottled drinks were available. It was quiet and had a modern look and feel. It is easily one of the best lunch options in the area tucked away in a strip mall near Tom Thumb.

Up to 3 toppings are a set price and proteins are varying prices. Same goes for the pizza orders as well.The reason I say it's an elevated fast casual spot is because they cook everything you order, fresh. You also grab your own water/drinks, utensils, etc. This spot is also BYOB so could be good for hanging out, but it looks like a lot of people grab this spot to go. Overall, a solid choice for lunch or dinner

Me and my husband had lunch here.All the food was fresh and the ambience was great. Perfect family owned businesss. Definitely will be going again.
