The food quality was pretty good even though they cut corners on prepackaged industrially manufactured imitation sweet and sour sauce with artificial coloring. I'm still sad to see them go.

Hong Kong E is really gooood! Super hot, flavorful, and FRESH! Quick order/to go! Far superior to the panda!

The delivery driver had a very unhelpful attitude, making it seem like he didn't care. If this continues, customers may think twice about ordering from the restaurant he represents. Next time, he might as well take the food back and cover the cost himself.

I would give this restaurant about 3.5 stars. The food was prepared quickly, and most dishes were decent, though not exceptional. The kids enjoyed their meals. We tried the Pad Thai, which was good; the curry chicken, my favorite; the sesame chicken, which was also good; and the lo mein, which was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the lemon chicken didn't meet our expectations. We'll probably return out of convenience, but I wouldn't make a special trip for it.

Im about to blow your mind but this Onion Surprise dish isn't called Onion Surprise...it's called Mongolian Beef. Whaaaaaaat?! There is a 200:1 ratio of onion to beef here. And this was the best thing we got from our order here in 2018. Smh.
