Terrible services! I have made ordering alone in the delivery of over 20 without counting the many times I have bought in this store. I have not been able to leave my house and call 9:28 clock to place order, I waited 1 hour and never got my order delivered. I called back into the load and they claimed that the guy came into the building and that the number I gave was wrong. I have placed over 20 orders, all my information is on their system and was checked when I first called to place my order. I would accept their mistakes if I admit, but to lie and say that my information is always wrong in their system, if I told them clearly, my for and phone number that they checked with addresses and names. you have lost a value customer who supported your local business! they are very unprofessional and careless about service! in hard time like this it will never take them youngs far away nor close to success

Dangerous, so close to the train for my country. in any case my back-to-back when I had a long day and I don't feel like cooking. I'll get a arepa (or two) on the way to home. savory, rich aromen that let her be satisfied. if I have a sweet tooth, the chicha drink is so delicious!

We ordered a venezuelan cheese cachapa and got a cachapa with very little cheese and with salad, tomato and sauces. cachapas do not lettuce, tomatoes or sauces. it should say a note somewhere that they add it as standard. it was very disappointing to eat this cachapa, which also had not enough venezuelan cheese for a 5$ extra. it is definitiw overpriced. also the renta pepiada was very good.

Eat is delicious! the personal is beautiful and I love the designs in the restaurant. very clean and welcoming. I bought a cachapa full. very fillable and delicious!

My partner and I ordered food from here to pickup after a long day of work because we usually eat from them, but were upset and ultimately disappointed by what they gave us tonight. What should have been a fresh and crispy pepito and toasty cachapa, ended up being nothing but a soggy and dripping mess of a pepito and a cold and wet cachapa. This all wouldnt have been so bad if it werent for the fact that my partner explicitly asked them to ensure there wasnt alot of juice added to the meat or the bread when they called to order, TWICE. Will have to reconsider ever trying to get a good meal from them again.
