What an amazing place! The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is great, and the party menu is perfect. They have a good selection of seating options, a variety of tasty appetizers, and a late-night menu with great cocktails and a respectable beer list. They have a welcoming vibe that easily turns strangers into friends. The real standout, however, is the staff. I have been living and working in Rehoboth for 6 years and have never encountered such accommodating and friendly service as at Freddie's. If you come to Rehoboth and don't visit Freddie's, you're missing out on one of the best parts of the town.

My wife and I went to the Pond at 5:30pm. We were greeted at the entrance by a very polite young man who said they were short staffed and would return with menus. We were the only ones in the restaurant. He gave us the menu and informed us that it was burger night special. A waitress then approached our table and informed us that the chef was in training. I expressed my frustration at being served by someone inexperienced and felt that the restaurant was poorly managed. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I typically do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. Last week, after a trip filled with homophobia and feelings of shame, I decided to take my partner (who was also exhausted from the judgmental looks and being treated like just friends) to this restaurant in hopes of having a relaxing and enjoyable evening. And they did not disappoint! Our server was fantastic and the atmosphere was welcoming and incredible. As an added bonus, it was karaoke night, which is one of my favorite bar events! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely return when I am in the area again.

Eating was good, but tara the bartender was disgustingly terrible! she was rude and unstoppable

Went there on St. Patrick's day. Had a great time. Food was excellent and so was the service. Freddy came to our table and made sure everything was fine. Nice place, nice owner. Go support this business!
